import dll into matlab

Good morning,
I hope to find an answer here I'm trying to import a DLL in matlab I have a dll(LLT.dll) and (two header files .h) written in C ++ (it's used to program a laser sensor in C ++, but I would like to program under matlab the name of the folder provided is C ++ SDK (+ python bindings) is this sinifying that matlab have to have a compiler SDK?) and I would like to know how we can import this type file in matlab thanks and if possible show me an exemple please,
version matlab 9.1.0.441655 (R2016b)

In R2016b as per the original question, the only way to use the library would have via its python binding. See the doc for guidance on how to call python libraries](https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/call-python-libraries.html).
Since R2019a, it is now possible to call directly into C++ libraries. See this blog post and the doc.
