How can I remove all noise from my PPG signal on MATLAB?

Hi, this is my graphic.
How can I make my signal pure without any noise and holding original signals? How can I write a code for a filter?

you can use fdatool in matlab , but there is a problem :
S/N of ur signal is too high, you have to make the PPG again.
