regarding installation of 2 versions of matlab

hai frds, i installed version 2010a but i need computer vision tool box so i installed ver 2012a but still i could not found computer vision toolbox and when i run 2010a no problem, but when i run 2012a , i had the following warning Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2012a\toolbox\rtw\targets\common\configuration\resource.
help me thank u
