Install Matlab R2019a on Windows 8.1

Hi,
Can Matlab R2019a be installed on Windows 8.1 ? (I cannot upgrade my OS and I need the last version of Matlab).
P.S. Matlab requirements state that Windows 8 is not supported, can it be installed despite that ?
