How to allow automatic detection of vehicle license plate?

Hi, currently, the code that I have completed only allows me to upload static images and be processed. However, my project requires it to have an automatic detection function for the images. A camera will be used to captured the vehicle license plate automatically and processed without having to key in manually.
Really assistance on this. Any advice?
