In Simulink->Help I get: "Warning Documentation Files Not Found"

I just installed Matlab and Simulink.
  1. In Simulink->Help I get: "Warning - Documentation Files Not found". Consequently I am unable to access product help.
  2. From Matlab ->Documentation I get an empty window with title: "Page not found"
How can I install Matlab and Simulink help?

When you started MATLAB, or at least the first time you asked for help, did you see an error message about being unable to access localhost:31415 or localhost:31416 ? If you did, then your internal firewall is blocking access to the jxbrowswer process.

Thank you, Walter. I noticed an error window at the end of the Matlab installation (two days ago) but unfortunately I did nost recored the wording in the error. Everything appeared normal until I went to access the product help.

You can see the thread here and follow the solution given.
The error message displayed in your case is slightly different but I believe this can help in your case too.
