MATLAB crashes once I clip the "dock the figure"

MATLAB crashes once I clip the "dock the figure" (the little arrow marked with the red circle) in R2018b . I reinstalled the MATLAB and updated to 2019a but that does not work.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
