Error in classifying the output

I have a set of training and test samples, working on transformer fault analysis.

I have extracted the features and have trained using SVM (Support Vector Machine), but as per the paper output I am not getting the same result the paper does. Please can you tell me where I have made a mistake. I have uploaded the paper and my m-file work for your reference. Please provide assistance.

In the output of SVM1 as per paper I uploaded, IT IS SAID THAT OUTPUT WILL HAVE FOUR -1 values, but I am not getting a result like that. Please help.

It's unlikely anyone will want to invest time into reading the paper and comparing it with your script, especially if you send people to a site that asks to pay $12 for a monthly membership and waits for a minute+ before downloading a simple text file if we choose not to.
