Unable to access property editor

I am trying to access/ open property editor, which I was using few hours ago, however, everytime I click on it now it refuses to open and I couldn't figure out the reason

attached is a picture of what I get when I try to open it for any figure

P.S: I tried restarting MATLAB and my PC, both didn't work.

If you can access the context menu for that [Help] window by right clicking on the ghost window on the right of your above screenshot try clicking 'Maximize' on it and see if it sorts itself out.
