I would like to run a specific version of Matlab command line.
Right now, my latest version of matlab is 2011B (running in 64 bit). However, I would like to run 2011A (which is running in 32 bit).
If i want to do a command line operation for 2011B...all i have to do is type
matlab "(name of my file)"
how do i run 2011A (the older version) command line in this case??

Try
matlab -r "(name of my file)"
If you want to run a specific version of MATLAB, perhaps you should specify the full path to that version of MATLAB.
