about figure is control

I want to ask the question. If I have first figure that has a button that can out of the second figure, but now I must close the first figure,staying the second figure.

Always two figure must have up and down the page.

Hi Pan,

It is not really clear in your question what behavior you want. Are you saying that you have two figures, Figure1 and Figure2, where Figure1 contains a button (technically a uicontrol) that closes Figure2? Now you want that button to close Figure1, but keep Figure2 open?

If so, simply modify the callback for that button to close() the handle to Figure1, rather than the handle to Figure2.

I'm not sure what the second paragraph "Always two figure must have up and down the page" means? Can you clarify?
