Problem with battery+winding circuit in simscape

I've been trying to implement the attached circuit but an unknown error of regarding parameters/initialisation is being shown. Please suggest some changes.

What are you trying to achieve with this circuit? You can not connect a DC source across a transformer.

You forgot connecting a reference point to voltage sensor. I am attaching the modified model.
