Heatex Demo File Missing

Hi guys,

I'm trying to open the "heatex_demo" from here https://au.mathworks.com/help/sldo/examples/heat-exchanger-controller-tuning.html

But every time I enter the command it just opens a blank file.

Does anyone know how to open this demo or have the file I can get hold of?

open_system('heatex_demo') ;

This command should open the model.

Anyways I am attaching the demo.
