Error 5 installing matlab

I installed on my pc matlab 2018b succesfully a week ago, then I did a complete reset of my pc and tried to reinstall it, but now I can’t do it because at the end of the unzipping it says “error 5 running command .\bin\win64\setup.exe” and it stops there. what can I do to solve it?

Error 5 is "Access is denied"

Yup. Try to run as admin

I tried to run as admin several times but it continues saying error code 5

Is it possible that you are downloading into a network drive rather than C: ?
