How to show component values in Simscape model

How do I set Simscape model preferences to show the value of component values by default? For example, to show resistor and capacitor values in an electrical model.

Old question, but maybe still an issue? You can show the resistor value by going to block properties and selecting the right token(s) as shown below. But this is time consuming and messy since the units also have to be specified.
Anyone have a better answer?

Thanks Dean! Yes, still an issue. I show a Simscape schematic in a presentation and everyone says "Why don't you put values next to compenents so it's easier to understand and follow?" One problem with your solution is with some components, the token to alter is not intuitively obvious.

The solution provided by Dean is the most robust one. If you're unsure what the parameter name is, you can hover it with your mouse in the block mask. This should reveal the parameter name and let you know what to select for the token.
