Neural Network fitting toolbox

Hi, I am trying to use nftool in matlab to train my data(I mean to find the relation between my input and output), I have four inputs and three outputs,

First of all is NFTOOL the right app to be used in my case? If so how do I enter my data ?(I have four inputs and 3 outputs).

Secendly Do I use the app or should I develope the code_what is the code and commands for that?

Finally what is the results of that and do I get a function to predict my othert results?
