Hello everyone and thanks in advance for help,I am new to matlab and i need to create plot which looks exactly like this and i dont know how

Try this:
i=1.2; Ur=2;
plot((0:360),sind((0:360))*Ur,'b'), axis([0 360 -Ur Ur])
hold on
plot((0:360),sind((0:360))*i,'r'), axis([0 360 -Ur Ur])
