Skeleton 3d longitude

Hi everyone!
Does anyone have an idea of how to calculate the longitude of a 3d skleleton taking into account the pixel size of x, y and z (not the geodesical distance)?

L = sqrt( diff(x).^2 + diff(y).^2 + diff(z).^2 );
