importing the data from mxd files

Hello everyone, I'm new to matlab. So, can anyone tell me if we can import anydata from mxd files(arcmap files). The actual question is i did network analysis in arcmap and i generated network dataset.Now, i wanted to import that data and i wanted to find the shortest routes between any two nodes. Can anyone help me in doing the same please.
