Read signal Data from Simulink

Hi everybody,

i builded a Simulink modell and i want to read the Signal from Matlab. ( I'm gonna optimize a grid so that the aberration between Modell and Sensor tend to 0).

That's why i must Read the Simulink Signals from Matlab .

Any Ideas ?

Actually i want the opposite , i want to read the signal from Simulink and output the signal as a data in th workspace
