I have recieved this error
Can't load 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2018a\bin\win64\libmwsimulink.dll': The
specified procedure could not be found.
I checked the file is present there. So what is happening here.
Please provide assisatance.

Could you confirm whether it says "Can't load" or if it says "Can't reload" ?

Possibly a dll that it needs is missing. Try installing the latest Microsoft VS Runtime Redistributable.
