Why are my plots pixelated

I recently updated to R2018b and now my plots are very pixelated. I still have R2016b and the same data/plots look great.
Didn't find much out there other than to run "opengl hardware" but it makes no change.
Any suggestions for restoring the quality of my graphs greatly appreciated!
