how to recognise text written in DotMatrix format? Attached the image.

I have attached the image in which text written in dotMatrix format. I want to recognise the text written in this image. I have tried almost every methode like by normal OCR adding training data files for all fonts of dot matrix, or by joining the dots and forming the full text, etc. but not succeed.

If any one knows some method or something that can hep me out, will be very gretfull of him.
