how to implement joint Entropy Formula in MATLAB?

I have image x=[1;2;3;4;5;6;7] and y=[9;8;7;6;5;4;3] how i can find joint entropy formula for joint entropy is attached picture.

i'll hightly appriciate if anyone write MATLAB code for me .
