there is some bug in this task please resolve it.

The issue is you are using the Delay block instead of the Unit Delay block.
The Unit Delay block will display 
instead of 
instead of Correct the model and you should now be able to pass this task.

You don't add the unit delay until 9.2, but I agree the error would be more appropriate in 9.2 instead of 9.3. I have passed this suggestion on to the Simulink Onramp team.
