Where can I find release notes for pre-release R2019a? The links supplied points to R2018b.

Yes, I found the same thing. It was only after reading the whole document and trying out a few things that I realised it was the R2018b release notes.

I think the person asking the original question, like me, had a Prerelease invite. The invite email includes a link to "product changes" that only talks about license issues, and "Frequently Asked Questions" which provides a link to release notes for 2018b. There doesn't seem to be any info about what's in 2019a that can be obtained without actually downloading and installing the prerelease.
Release notes for pre-releases are covered by a non-disclosure agreement. Unless you are invited to test the pre-release you cannot see the release notes. If you are invited, you would be given a link to the notes.

It went out today and it doesn't include the pre-release "what's new"

After googling turns out that 2019a pre-release notes are not available yet.

I also have the pre release, and I'd be interested to know what's new!... so I'm commenting in the hopes that if they become available... I'll get notified via this thread.

I also received the invite. However I'm not going to waste my time trying the re-prelease unless there is a good reason. I'm not going to spend the time installing it and checking it out just because it's new. So I was also a bit frustrated there was no notes on the pre-release.
Does it have NVIDIA 3D Stereo Vision support for 3D graphs? That would be work tinkinering with.
