How can input pulse signal be converted into vector ?

Hi, I am giving delay on clock by using delayseq function. As delayseq work on vectors but my input clock is either 1 or 0. so how can I convert this input clock signal into vector ? I used reshape as a buffer but it's not working. I don't know how can delay to be introduced in clock. I am really in trouble. if anyone can help it would be appreciated. I attached the snap.

shifted_signal = delayseq(u,0.004,250);
