YI 4K Action camera

cam = ipcam('rtsp://192.168.42.1:554/live');

I try the above command but it don't work, anyone can advise? Thanks in advance.

Error message: Cannot connect to the IP Camera Stream URL. Make sure the URL is correct and authentication is provided if needed.
