Error using fcnvectorizer>(parfor consume)

I have prepared a simulink model and trying to optimize it using genetic algorithm using matlab codes but getting various errors. New to matlab and simulink so no idea how to correct these errors. Also parallel pool is used to get fast results. codes and simulink model is attached here. please help!
