MASTAN2 with MATLAB

I just downloaded MATLAB for class to use with MASTAN2. I haven't been able to find any tutorials or documentation on how to use MATLAB in conjuction with MASTAN2 i.e. I would like to create a script file to perform analyses (many) and there's so much clicking involved to do it manually. All I am doing is altering the defined force at a node, and running this for many loads to see the effect on the beam-column problem. I'm sure this can be done. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thanks!
