i have sequence of 6 no. of images of a particular object which is moving at constant speed. The images was taken from a fixed place. Now i have a task to find out the distance moved by the object by analyzing two images of the object. We can find out the distance in terms of pixels also. plz help me to solve this problm...

Is the object moving "away" as well as side to side?
I think I just proved to myself that you cannot always calculate the speed given only two images if the object can be moving further away and side to side _and_ the object happens to move into the portion of the field of view of the lens where the optical property of the lens start having significant effects -- that the distortion towards the edge of the view can disguise the size changes that would be needed to calculate change in distance.
