How can i save a contour and read it again without change in its value in matlab?

First I want to show the output of the contour than reading that image again without losing its memory and than use that image to get the output of first and second in the same image. I already have a contour in c and h and now when I run for different input than this value in c h will be removed and new values will be there in c and h and i want that c,h will retain there values for every input given by the user. say for example 1. I give some input than I get my contour in c,h and after that, if again I give another input now I want that it will show me the new value of output as well as the previous value. please guide.

[X,Y,Z] = peaks(100) ;
[c,h] = contour(X,Y,Z) ;
YOur required values are saved in c and h.

Sir, I have used this only let me give you an example that will make more clear
Suppose I have assigned some set of points inside the image and these set of points move around the image boundary and we get our required contour in c,h and I again want to initialize some set of points but now at different location in comparison to the previous location and now I will get different contour so I want that my first and second contour are now both displayed inside the same image. so guide me how could i able to do that.
