i want to find the material properties using FEM in electromagnetics. plz also suggest guide to design FEM

Optionally, FEATool Multiphysics is a finite element analysis toolbox specifically designed with Matlab, and comes with an easy to use Gui and step by step tutorials. For your applications Electrostatics and Magnetostatics physics modes are pre-defined, also you can edit and enter your own PDEs if you prefer. Alternatively, the FEMM (Finite Element Method Magnetics) toolbox might also be possible to link with and run from Matlab.
