What does filtering a figure mean? Possibly you could filter the signal plotted in the figure but even then filter for what? To remove the low frequencies? The high frequencies?

Yes I want to filter the signal plotted in the figure to remove the low and high frequencies.

If you remove both low and high frequencies, you're left with nothing at all!

Ok how can I remove low frequencies ?

If you have R2018a, use the bandpass (link) function to design a bandpass filter for your signal. Choose the frequencies you wan to retain as the limits of the filter passband. There are also other methods of designing filters in MATLAB.
