How can I reset fitting starting points?

I'm working with gaussian models from command line. I changed the fitting options to see if I get any better results. The default starting parameters lead to a lot better results, but I can't get then back... I tried resetoptions() but it do not exist in Matlab R2016a, wich I am using.
