Where can i download the 'plecslib_extras2' add on?

HI,
I have a model that uses pleslib that much I know because of the error message below. I need this lib to work on the model but I don't know where I can get this from. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Error Message:
Failed to load library 'plecslib_extras2' referenced by 'VDM25k_1ch_PM1_PM2/GTA1/AVR/3ph->SRF'
