Is there any way to find out the function definition used in various inbuilt functions offered by matlab?

I'm currently working on phased array toolbox to implement beamforming. But already inbuilt functions exist. Now, how to know the matlab code for function definitions of them, so that I can modify and use for my desired application?

There are two ways to see the code for built-in functions:

1. get a job with Mathworks; or
2. buy Mathworks, which is a privately owned company which is not being offered for sale. But like I always say, a $US5 million non-refundable deposit will get you a meeting in which they would at least listen to your multi-billion dollar offer to buy the company.
