Lomb scargle periodogram error

I was trying to use
https://in.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/20004-lomb--lomb-scargle--periodogram
but can anyone help me selecting the best HIFAC and OFAC factors. Also the code is giving FAP, but I want error with the most significant period calculated.
Please help
