How to position images (x,y) based on a txt file?

Hi. I got a sequence of images. Need to position them according to x,y values that I have written to a txt files. There are slight different values for the y coordinator. Any idea?

My images need to get their (x,y) values from a txt file. If I change the values then the images accordingly change their orientation
