Access is denied when installing external program

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I want to install the following program for my work: Junninen.net/tofTools/repo/ I want to install version R608. When I want to install it, I get the following message:
Error using urlreadwrite>validateFileAccess (line 259) Could not open output file "tofTools.zip".
So I tried to unzip tofTools.zip manually using unzip ("tofTools"). Here I see the reason why I receive the error message: The access is denied. I know that this access may be denied by matlab itself, as Toftools usually gets installed without asking for access rights. Can you look into my account and tell me, if either an access is missing here or where I have to look for getting access rights to install programs like toftools. Thank you very much!

This is the public forum and the answers are given by volunteers. We cannot "look into your account" and it is a bad idea to publish your account data in the internet. I do not know the program "Junninen.net/tofTools/repo/" and it is not clear to me, if this is a Matlab question.
Maybe you want to contact the technical support of MathWorks? Then use the "Contact Us" link on top of this page.
A denied access while unzipping a file can happen, if you do not have the privilege to write in to the specified folder. This might get clear, if you post a complete copy of the error message or other protocols.
