Why wont this addon install?

I did all the steps advised by the installer guide but I continually get the error telling me that the program cannot connect to mathworks. I even took down my firewalls and tried. Why cant I just get a normal file download or be able to install it like a normal program? this seems silly. Please can you help me fix it and so help me god if you send me a link to an FAQ I will uninstall Matlab.
