The preceding optimization can be achieved by adopting a 1-D search over φ ∈ [−(π/M), π/M] and for each possible φ, sliding a window of size τ over the elements in ˜'h' to determine'B'that maximizes the optimization objective.
This is my equation.
I don't know how to proceed this equation
