How do I create a matrix from scalars in Simulink? I cant find the "create 3x3 matrix" that many suggests

https://www.mathworks.com/help/aeroblks/create3x3matrix.html is part of the Aerospace Block Set.

You should probably use https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/vectorconcatenate.html#bqnn8f6 Multidimensional Array Mode
