Developing algorithm for connectivity of pore structure

I want to make connectivity algorithm and check connectivity of the part after random size and number of sphere-pore generation. My goal is to prevent disconnectivity of cube parts after sphere pore generation. I am attaching a picture that shows an example of pore structure on cube. Thank you
