SymBiology - time delays

How should I correctly take time delay into account? I mean [t-Td]. Which components of SimBiology should I use? The model under consideration is taken from here

SimBiology does not currently support delay differential equations. One workaround is to replace the delay with a more mechanistic model for the delay.
