Running Matlab 2017b with two versions of Microsoft Visual Studio C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Professional C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0 Matlab Coder picks the version 14 instead of version 2017 when issuing codegen -config coder.config('lib') averaging_filter -args {x} If I have only version 2017 installed, the Matlab sample code for Averaging Filter works. Any suggestions on forcing a compiler choice.

You can choose from available compilers by entering the following in the Command Window:
mex -setup

Thank you, this has been tried and picking the 2017 compiler, the coder program still trys to use the 2014 version. I have also updated to SP4 of 2017b with no change.
