Running Matlab 2017b with two versions of Microsoft Visual Studio C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Professional C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0 Matlab Coder picks the version 14 instead of version 2017 when issuing codegen -config coder.config('lib') averaging_filter -args {x} If I have only version 2017 installed, the Matlab sample code for Averaging Filter works. Any suggestions on forcing a compiler choice.

You can choose from available compilers by entering the following in the Command Window:
mex -setup
