Overcomplete DWT 2D patch dictionaries

Hi,
I would like to generate wavelet dictionaries of 2D patches (nxn) which are overcomplete (containing m>>n^2 patches). I need it to assess the performance of sparse representation of images using these dictionaries, in a similar way as is done in the paper 'ELAD AND AHARON: IMAGE DENOISING VIA SPARSE AND REDUNDANT REPRESENTATIONS'.
Elad's software produces overcomplete DCT dictionaries but I would like to be able to do the same with wavelet transforms.
