How to apply heat isolation condition when use 2D FEM

Recently, I studied 2D FEM. As we all know that if the condition is 1D, the distribution of temperature is linear, but if I use 2D FEM, how can I get the same answer? That is to say, in a square region, I apply 2 boundary condition, then the other two sides are heat isolation.
