I dont Understand this error , i traced all the code and didnt find a reason for that , thanks :)
??? Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
Error in ==> Hassaan at 314
[r c]=size(GREEN{1,i});

before you run your code, and it should halt at this line when the error message is thrown. Then you can look at the values of your variables. Presumably, the value of i is such that it is trying to access an element of the variable GREEN that is beyond the bounds of the array.
