I am analyzing one voice signal in time domain and frequency domain, frame by frame,
Is there any idea ,How can I plot all fundamental frequencies (for each frame) in one graph against time?
Thanks

Yes,collect the F0 estimates in a vector and create a vector of times of equal length.
Then just,
plot(t,F0)
However, you are going to have to decide what time you assign to each segment, the midpoint of your "frame" for example, because you obviously have to use segments of the signal of sufficient length to estimate the fundamental frequency and within that segment you won't have any time resolution.

Many Thanks for your reply,
I have to find an accurate method for reading the fundamental frequency, maybe,I should be able to find a mathematical formula(a sequence) which can make a relationship between fundamental frequency and the harmonics in each frame and then plot against the time.
Please let me know your thought?
